My training is based on humanistic principles which aim to help you to develop a stronger, healthier sense of self. Through this, you’re able to understand your feelings and behaviours which aid in making sense of life and the changes you want to see in yourself.

The environment I create is a non-judgemental safe space where you can feel comfortable to speak openly. Whilst I have my training and experience, the expert in the session is you. This means I will tailor my process to what your goals are.

I offer online therapy only, therefore, you can choose a location that suits you.
